Job Description
As a trainee at our Zurich office, you will work closely with our team of enthusiastic and entrepreneurial-minded lawyers. Your responsibilities will include advising our clients in various areas of law, drafting legal documents, and supporting numerous national and international court proceedings. Together with your colleagues from the various TA Advisory offices, you will develop litigation strategies, draft contracts, and prepare other legal documents such as memoranda and legal opinions.
In your role as a trainee, you will gain extensive practical experience, which will also serve as preparation for the Swiss bar exam. Additionally, our experienced lawyers will prepare you for the bar exam through regular exercises and by testing your knowledge in real exam scenarios, with the aim of improving your performance on the exam. This internship offers you the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, apply your legal skills, learn from seasoned professionals, and prepare for a successful legal career.
Qualifications
- You have completed or are about to complete your law studies at a Swiss university with excellent grades.
- Excellent command of German and English (including legal terminology), both written and spoken, is a must. Additional language skills such as French, Arabic, and/or Russian are a significant advantage.
- Team player with an interest in working on high-profile cases before Swiss courts and international arbitration tribunals.
- You are authorized to work full-time in Switzerland.
- High motivation, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to ethical standards.
